Diaspora Solution Group Nigeria (DSGN) is a charitable, non-governmental organization established by Nigerian American and Nigerian-loving professionals living in the United States. Founded on February 17, 2023, with dual headquarters in Los Angeles, California, and Seattle, Washington, DSGN is dedicated to addressing the social, economic, and infrastructural challenges facing specific communities in Nigeria.

We aim to bring together individuals from the Nigerian diaspora and beyond to create actionable solutions that improve lives, foster development, and bridge the gap between global expertise and local needs. We are driven by a deep sense of responsibility to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our birth country while staying true to the African cultural values of community and care.

DSGN focuses on key areas such as poverty alleviation, educational empowerment, leadership development, and infrastructural reforms. We aim to harness diaspora professionals’ skills, knowledge, and resources through collaborative efforts to make meaningful and sustainable impacts.

We also believe in fostering a sense of unity among Nigerians living abroad by providing a platform to share ideas, resources, and innovative solutions.

“The Think Tank is not just for sharing ideas and meeting minds; it is a call to add value to fellow Nigerians. After all, we still have families and friends living in Nigeria. That country is still home to us, even in the diaspora,” says Edwin Aimufua, DSGN’s spokesperson. “To turn a blind eye to the current state of affairs on the other side of the Atlantic is not representative of our African culture, which is deeply rooted in caring for one another.”
